The restaurant with its poolside winter garden has been recognised by the Michelin Guide for excellent value for money. It offers a varied à la carte menu including seafood, meat, vegetables, fresh fish and Argentinian meat. The restaurant also serves traditional Roman dishes. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 and for dinner from 19:30 to 22:40. Outside of these times, on request, cold dishes can be served.

The hotel also has adjustable, soundproof conference rooms which feature all the necessary technical equipment including overhead projectors, flipcharts, a motorised wall mounted screen, paper and pens and Wi-Fi access.

The following equipment is available on request: a podium, amplifiers, VHS player, television, wireless microphone, laser pointer, DVD player, projector, ADSL connection and anything else clients might require.

The hotel also organises personalised menus for meetings, coffee breaks and working lunches, the perfect catering for meetings serving excellent national cuisine and Roman specialities.

Working lunches are also catered for with table service or poolside buffets during the spring.

By car

From the A1 Milano - Napoli motorway, take the exit for Roma Nord - Fiano Romano. At the roundabout take the first turning on the right and after 300 metres you will find the hotel on the right.

By train

From Fara Sabina train station (on the Fiumicino - Orte line) there is a shuttle service at pre arranged times.

By plane

from Rome - Fiumicino Airport, take the FM1 Fiumicino - Orte line and alight at Fara Sabina - Montelibretti. There is a free shuttle service from the station at pre arranged times.
