Villa San Donino is a historic mansion dating to the end of the 18th century, situated about 6 km from the Città di Castello center, at the border dividing Umbria and Tuscany, only 5 minutes from the E45 highway leading to Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno, Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Spoleto, Arezzo and all the splendid areas of the surrounding territory.
The villa is surrounded by a century old park where guests may relax breathing in the perfumes of the woods, reading a book or enjoying long strolls.
At the disposition of guests are the free use of tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyball and basketball courts, ping pong tables, table football, 25 meter swimming pool with sun beds and sunbathing area.

The hotel has 36 rooms of various typology, including single, double, twin and family (sleeps 3 or 4) rooms, some situated within the ancient villa of the 1700s and furnished in style, others more modern, situated in the most recent wing.

Then follow directions towards the Center and after the petrol station take the second small road on the right, continuing for about 4 km.
From Pisa:
Follow directions to Florence and once you reach the outskirt of Florence take the A1 Motorway Autostrada Del Sole toward Rome, then the Arezzo exit. Follow directions to Città di Castello, after reaching Città di Castello take E45 highway toward Perugia and immediately take the next exit, Città di Castello Sud - Santa Lucia.
Then follow directions towards the Center and after the petrol station take the second small road on the right, continuing for about 4 km.
From Florence:
A1 Motorway Autostrada Del Soletowards Rome, take the Arezzo exit. Follow directions to Città di Castello, after reaching Città di Castello take E45 highway toward Perugia and immediately take the next exit, Città di Castello Sud - Santa Lucia.
Then follow directions towards the Center and after the petrol station take the second small road on the right, continuing for about 4 km.
From Milan:
A1 Motorway Autostrada Del Sole towards Bologna, follow directions to the A14 Motorway Adriatica Bologna - Ancona and continue up to the Cesena Nord exit. Take E45 highway towards Rome and then take the second exit, Città di Castello Sud – Santa Lucia.
Then follow directions towards the Center and after the petrol station take the second small road on the right, continuing for about 4 km.
