The complex is composed of 16 one-roomed and two-roomed apartments equipped with every comfort for a pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Vulcano Island can be reached all year round by ferry and hydrofoil services departing from various ports:
- From Milazzo on ferries run by Siremar, N.G.I. and Ustica lines.
- From Reggio Calabria and Messina on hydrofoils run by USTICA lines all year round (two services a day in the winter, extra services in the summer).
- From Naples on ferries run by Siremar all year round (two services a week in the winter, and up to six services a week in the summer), or on hydrofoils run by USTICA lines or SNAV (one or two daily services, only in the summer).
- From Palermo and Cefalù on hydrofoils run by USTICA lines in the summer, with one or two daily services. Three services a week in the winter.
By air
- From Reggio Calabria - Aeroporto dello Stretto, take the bus service to Messina. From Messina take the USTICA lines hydrofoil to Vulcano.
- From Catania - Fontanarossa international airport, from June to September, the "Giunta Bus" shuttle service will take you to the port of Milazzo, where services are run by "Siremar" and "Ustica Lines".
