Lebbiano Residence, Scandicci

The Lebbiano Residence is located in a pleasant valley of the hills of Scandicci at a mere 5 km from Florence and is composed of exclusive one room apartments that are created according to the principals of bio-architecture. Heating, for example, is geothermal.

The immediate vicinity includes the park and museum of Poggio Valicaia, where guests can take horseback riding lessons or go hiking and take bicycle rides.

Just a short distance away from the Lebbiano Residence, guests can travel to different estates with vineyards, where they can sample typical local products.

The residence has a private lake that is not contaminated with any chemicals, where guests can go swimming. It also has a barbecue at the gazebo, which is found in the garden.

The apartments are decorated in a Tuscan style and are equipped with every comfort, including hydro-massage showers, LCD colour TV with a DVD player, a dishwasher, closed circuit television, wiring for internet connection and heating/air conditioning.

Thanks to the extensive nature surrounding the residence, pets are welcome at Lebbiano Residence.

Each apartment is composed of an individual room equipped with a kitchen that includes a dishwasher, a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a sofa bed, and an adjustable table that can seat a maximum of 6 persons.

On the side opposite the kitchen, there is a large double bed with an armoire, a dresser and a bedside table.

Guests can also make use of free internet access.
