Every dish is prepared using carefully selected ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil from the Hyblaean Mountains or artisan aged vinegar.

The menu includes Sicilian caponata prepared using local vegetables, tortino di ragusano prepared with seasonal vegetables, Nebrodi smoked pork roast, baby octopus in sauce with small yellow potatoes, aubergine ravioli in red lobster sauce, and fillet of mullet with marjoram ricotta accompanied by tomato and basil concassé, along with numerous other dishes prepared by our chef.

Local traditions are brought out at the end of a meal when guests can try the famous Modicano chocolate for dessert.

The elegant dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests, as well as the charming outdoor area with a capacity of 180 people. A variety of options are available to create the ideal atmosphere for business meetings, banquets and special occasions.

The meeting room is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people. It is perfect for business meetings, small conferences and presentations.

By car

From Catania, take the SS114 state road towards Siracusa and turn onto the A18 Siracusa – Gela motorway. Take the Rosolini exit and continue along the SS 115 state road towards Modica – Ragusa.

Go past Ispica and head towards Modica. Take the SS115 state road and turn right following the directions for Pietre Nere Resort.
