The Torre Sangiovanni Hotel and Restaurant was created by joining some of the castle walls with the thirteenth century guard tower which belonged to the medieval Collevalenza castle.
Guests are welcomed in to renovated interiors where the magic and charm of the past is still present. The family heirlooms, antique furniture, Persian carpets, elegant materials and warm tones fuse with state of the art facilities bring history and comfort together providing guests with a relaxing, friendly place to stay.
The hotel features views over the old village and the park, the perfect choice for those looking for a regenerating holiday.
Pets are welcome! We charge a service charge of 10€ for every animal that covers the final clean-up.

The exclusive furnishings feature period furniture and elegant colour schemes which characterise each room guaranteeing guests a unique stay.
All the rooms feature autonomous climate control, Wi-Fi Internet connection, a colour satellite television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
The Superior double room for single use and the Superior double room have a splendid view over the park.
The latter can also be set up with two single beds on request.
A fourth bed can be added to the triple suite for an extra charge.

Torre Sangiovanni has a lovely, small restaurant which serves traditional Umbria cuisine including special jams to be served with cheeses, delicious salsas for bruschetta, Umbrian pizza with cheese, olive and walnut bread and vegetables stored in oil. After meals, the owner offers her home-made digestifs including orange, walnut, lemon and sage liqueurs.
Meals are served in 2 small, elegant, cosy dining rooms, decorated with tables and pictures from the 1800's, antique objects in copper and brass and ceramics from Deruta.
During the Summer evenings, guests can dine in the enchanting garden which overlooks the ancient park, surrounded by luscious, green countryside.

From the SS E45 state road, take the exit for Todi Sud - S. Damiano. Continue towards Collevalenza/Foligno/Bastardo. At the junction with Collevalenza, continue straight on for 800 metres and at the traffic lights in Collevalenza, turn right and follow directions to Torre Sangiovanni.
From the South
From the SS E45 state road, take the exit for Collevalenza - Santuario dell'Amore Misericordioso. Continue towards Collevalenza and at the junction, turn right and continue straight on for approximately 800 metres. At the second traffic light, turn right and follow signs for Torre Sangiovanni.
If using a GPS - do not insert Todi in to the search - instead insert "Collevalenza" or "Colvalenza" Castello, 26/g.
