Villa Condulmer is an elegant historic residence found in Mogliano Veneto built in 1743 and renovated over time to provide guests with the highest standards of hospitality.

From the A4 Trieste – Torino motorway, take the link road to the A27 motorway heading towards Venezia to the Mogliano Veneto exit.
At the traffic circle, please take the third exit heading towards Mogliano Veneto, continue for 1.7km, turn right onto Via Preganziol (towards Zerman) and continue for 50m.
From Turin / Milan / Switzerland:
Take the A4 Torino – Trieste motorway to the A4 - Passante di Mestre junction. Stay on the A4 and continue towards Venezia until reaching the Uscita Mogliano Veneto exit.
At the traffic circle take the third exit heading towards Mogliano Veneto, continue for 1.7km, turn right onto Via Preganziol (towards Zerman) and continue for around 50m.
By plane
From Venice Marco Polo Airport (16km away), head along Via G. Bonmartini for 1.3km, turn left onto Via Triestina SS14 state road and continue for 600m.
Turn onto the A27 motorway heading towards Belluno to the Mogliano Veneto exit.
At the traffic circle take the third exit towards Mogliano Veneto, continue for 1.7km, turn right onto Via Preganziol (towards Zerman) and continue for 50m.
From Treviso Antonio Canova Airport (13km away), take Via Noalese towards Treviso for 800m.
