The Villa dei Priori is an Historic Residence Hotel which is located in Monsampolo del Tronto; it features only 6 Rooms all of which are equipped with an en-suite bathroom that guarantees the guest maximum tranquillity and discretion.
The hospitality offered by the Villa dei Priori goes well beyond the common standards of a hotel activity; in fact, the guest is an integral part of the Villa. Available for guest use are all of the Rooms, the living rooms, the terrace on which the delightful breakfast is served, and the ample Park in which to enjoy pleasurable strolls or to decide to relax under the sun.
Particular attention was given to the Villa’s interior decoration which conserves the original furnishings and trimmings of the time period completely intact. The bed linens are of pure hand-sewn linen and some of the paintings that are exhibited in the rooms include a dedication by the painter to the Priori Family.

Restaurante e Bar
In the "Gran Gourmet Il Cantuccio" Restaurant, which is annexed to the Villa dei Priori, a modern and minimalist décor was preferred. The rooms of the Restaurant were created from the ancient Cellar of the Villa and are characterised by royal vaulted arches and flooring in original terracotta tile.
The interiors were planned by a noted designer who perfectly executed an exceptional combination between antique and modern, the same combination which is proposed in the cuisine by the dishes of Chef Carmine Calò.
The Restaurant features 2 rooms for a total capacity of 30 people and an “entrance” Room, in which, concealed by a silk-screened window with expressions by some of the most celebrated authors regarding the theme of cuisine, is located the rich Wine Cellar that features vintage wines from all over Italy and a representative selection of French Champagnes.

Travel along the "Ascoli Piceno - San Benedetto del Tronto" motorway link road until arriving at the exit for "Monsampolo del Tronto." Continue for 800 metres in the direction of "Stella." At the traffic signal, there will be two centuries-old Cypress trees visible which indicate the entrance to Villa dei Priori.
