La signora Daniela gentilissima e disponibilissima, mi sono trovato benissimo.

Houselady was very friendly and helpful. Great hotel in the heart of the city. Bus/train station in a 30min walk, airport bus stops near. Recommanded restaurant was great, and the breakfast place was good too. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I recommand this hotel.

Nice, tidy and well kept little hotel/B&B right in the middle of Catania, where you can sense the history and atmosphere of old Catania.

The staff are very kind and helpful. But like most Sicilians their ability to speak English is poor. The shuttle bus from the Catania Airport stops close to the street entrance door, this I just found by chance on my way back on the last day. Either they didn't know or they couldn't explain me that at the hotel.

A highly recommendable place to stay for people that don't bother about luxury and accept that price meets quality.

Lenzuola e tovaglie poco puliti.

L'établissement n'est pas adapté pour mobilité réduite, pas d’ascenseur et chambre en étage. Le petit déjeuner doit être pris à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. A mon avis il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais de locations de chambres. Le personnel a été très gentil et serviable.

Pension machte unfertigen Eindruck, Frühstück auf dem Flur, lediglich Zwieback und Diätmarmelade zum Kaffee, Zimmer war unerträglich laut. Pension wird von liebenswerten Nichtprovis irgendwie gemeistert, denen man durchaus die Chance geben sollte ihren Betrieb weiter aufzubauen.

Der Umgang mit dem Gast ist familiär herzlich.

Dennoch wünschen wir diesen netten Menschen alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Der Eingangsbereich (vor dem Hotel) wirkt nicht sehr ansprechend (düster). Die Beschilderung ist knapp. Es war niemand da und wir fanden keine Information, dass man die Nummer auf dem kleinen Schild anrufen muss. Dies erfuhren wir erst, als wir uns durchfragten. Die aufgeführte Nummer war zudem nicht als Telefonnummer gekennzeichnet (kein "Tel" oder ähnliches, nur eine "nackte" Nummer).
