The room was great and the staff are super nice. The value for the room is outstanding. I would go back in a heartbeat. The dinners they offer are comparable with a high end resturaunt prices so before you order anything from the kitchen make sure you are comfortable with the price. Prices are not posted any where for anything and they don't put the prices on the receipt.
Over all our 10 days was very well spent as we walk to the terme every day.

Accueil particulièrement sympathique voire chaleureux. Style et ameublement des chambres très élégants. petit-déjeuner parfait.

Ce passage par l'hôtel Sofia de Montecatini-Terme me laissera un agréable souvenir, que je ne risque pas d'effacer de ma mémoire. Les deux personnes que j'ai rencontré ce jour-là donnent une qualité de travail et d'accueil irréprochable; tant leur sympathie est naturelle. Encore merci.
J'espère un jour pouvoir y retourner d'autant plus qu'il porte mon prénom. Un hôtel que je ne connaissais pas mais inégalable.

Chambres entièrement refaites à neuf mais non climatisées. Très bon accueil.
Situation intéressante par rapport aux grandes villes de Toscane (Pise, Florence, Sienne,...)
