By plane
- From June to September the Giunta Bus shuttle service runs from Catania - Fontanarossa International Airport to the port of Milazzo, where boats are operated by Siremar and Ustica Lines.
The SAIS bus company runs a shuttle service from the airport to Messina train station all year long. The Giunta Bus service runs from Messina train station to the port of Milazzo.
- From Palermo - Punta Raisi International Airport, the Prestia e Comande shuttle bus service is available directly to the port (journey time approximately 40 minutes), from where the Ustica Line hydrofoil boats depart.
