Abitare in Vacanza, Siniscola

The Abitare in Vacanza residence is situated in eastern Sardinia, in the La Caletta district in the commune of Siniscola, the perfect choice for a seaside break with all the comforts of a hotel.

The residence offers a reading area where guests can relax with piped music, a fresh water swimming pool with sun beds, a panoramic terrace with a sea view, convenient Wi-Fi access and a private car park.

The residence staff are always on hand to provide information on where to go and what to see and can assist with organising transfers to the port / airport and with booking hire cars, motorbikes, scooters and boats.

Near the residence guests can take part in diving courses, or snorkelling or take a trip to Calaluna and the Fico caves.

Costs that are included in the room price:

- Weekly charge for utilities: lights, water, gas, colour television, air conditioning (€65 for 2 person apartment, €75 for three person apartment and €80 for 4-5 person apartment);

- Final cleaning (2 person apartment - €50, 3 person apartment - €60, 4-5 person apartment - €65);

- €150 deposit which will be returned at the end of the stay.

Optional extra costs (to be requested when booking)

- Bed linen - €10 per person;

- Bathroom towels - €15 per person;

- Daily linen change - €20 per day, €110 per week.

All the accommodation units are completely independent and feature double bedrooms or a double sofabed with the option to add a third bed, a flatscreen television, air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen, an external seating area with a table, chairs, sunbeds, and an en suite bathroom.

The apartments have been decorated in a minimalist style featuring natural colours and dominated by the use of white in order to transfer the charm of the beaches and the Sardinian countryside into the interiors.
