The Bed and Breakfast Residenza ai Giardini is located in the heart of Castello situated 5 minutes away from the steamboat that arrives to Piazza San Marco in ten minutes and a 5 minute walk to the Giardini della Biennale.
The B&B Residenza ai Giardini is a welcoming and comfortable structure equipped with reception, bar, breakfast room, and rooms featuring all available comforts complete with a professional and efficient staff.

The B&B Residenza ai Giardini offers welcoming and comfortable rooms in a typical Venetian style and with exposed beams. By Car
From the A4 or A27 motorways, exit at the Venezia tollbooth and follow the indications for Venezia. Cross over the Ponte della Libertà bridge and park the car in one of the car parks located in Piazzale Roma or the Tronchetto (after the bridge on the right).
From the Tronchetto, take the ACTV steamboat no. 82, 3, or DM for Piazzale Roma. From there, continue with the ACTV steamboat no. 41, 51, 61, or 1 and disembark at the Giardini stop.
Continue straight towards the Giardini and the turn left, pass the bridge, and turn right in Fondamenta San Giuseppe and then turn left at the fifth alley. The Bed and Breakfast is located next to the celebrated restaurant Hostaria da Franz.
By Air
Arriving from either the Marco Polo airport of Venice or the San Giuseppe airport of Treviso, take the ATVO direct shuttle to Venezia to the termination point (Piazzale Roma).
Take the ACTV steamboat no. 41, 51, 61, or 1 and disembark at the Giardini stop.
Continue straight towards the Giardini and the turn left, pass the bridge and then turn right in Fondamenta San Giuseppe and then turn left at the fifth alley. The Bed and Breakfast is located next to the famous restaurant Hostaria da Franz.
