The Tourism Hotel SETAR Complex is found in Quartu Sant'Elena in the resort area of S'oru 'e Mari, a short distance from the sea along the coastal road for Villasimius, and in a convenient location close to the centre of Cagliari and Elmas Airport.
The resort consists of two 4-Star Hotels, a residence, a conference centre and an athletic centre that is able to meet any needs our guests may have and offer a wide range of services to satisfy any type of clientèle.
Thanks to this excellent location just a short distance away from the sea and only 900m away from the beach, just outside of the residential centre, guests can enjoy the advantages of being close to town (for business, cultural excursions, services or shopping) while at the same time, relaxing in the peace and serenity that comes with being surrounded by nature.

The Hotel Setar has 116 rooms, 12 Suites and 36 Double rooms all equipped with every available comfort including air conditioning, a colour television, a telephone, a minibar, and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a panoramic terrace.
The Grand Hotel 4 Torri has 128 double rooms and 6 Suites, which include the same services as well as a safety deposit box.
Some of the rooms are wheelchair accessible while others feature a hydro-massage bath.
The two-room apartments are cleaned every three days, when the bedroom and bathroom linens are changed.

In the Hotel Setar hall, there is an ample and spacious bar, which is a re-examination of "Old America," where in addition to an excellent cocktail, ice cream and all sorts of drinks; it is also possible to appreciate the pleasurable music of the Piano bar.
The complex has 2 Restaurants that can host more than 1000 people: the "Sa Pingiada" Restaurant with a terrace overlooking the pool and the "Kontiki Dinner Dance" Pizzeria Restaurant with poolside terrace and Barbecue.
Description of Conference and Meeting Facilities
The conference centre is one of the most famous in the south of Sardinia, and has large rooms and state of the art technology, making it ideal for business meetings, international exhibitions, press conferences and presentations for products and services.
The conference services include the business centre, with secretary service, fax, computers and a photocopy machine.
Catering service and banquets can also be arranged upon request.
