The Restaurant "La Godenda” (that in ancient Tuscan dialect means "menu") offers flavours that are of the traditional Tuscan gastronomy with dishes realised by the chef with passion and fantasy. Guests can savour biological products from the farm accompanied by a careful selection of prestigious wines by blazon and quality, and by new labels that the sommelier knows how to suggest.
Particular attention is dedicated to the selection of olive oil (produced from the biological olive trees on the estate) and its gastronomic coupling, also excellent to savour with typical Tuscan bread freshly “bruscato” (toasted).
During the colder days, the heat and light from the fire in the fireplaces and the wood burning stoves provide a sense of peace and familiarity typical of the evening vigils in the houses of the Maremma. In the beautiful summer evenings under the delicate starry sky and by candlelight, guests can dine in the panoramic garden that dominates the swimming pool below.

Take the Roma – Civitavecchia motorway and successively the SS1 Aurelia, exit at Chiarone in the direction of Pescia Fiorentina. Upon arriving at the second junction in the direction of Manciano, follow the street signs for the "Fattoria Le Guardiole."
From Grosseto:
Take the SS1 Aurelia in the direction of Roma, exit at Albinia. Continue in the direction of Manciano until arriving in the Locality of Sgrillozzo (4/5 km after the Castello di Marsiliana). From Sgrillozzo, take a right in the direction of Vallerana.
By train
The railway Station of Albinia is approximately 20 km from the structure;
