The restaurant is very large and has 150 seats and serves traditional local meals including "fregola ai frutti di mare" (seafood pasta), penne pasta with famous tuna from Carloforte, fried fresh fish, pork "al cannonau" and the well known "sebedas" (fried desserts) served with honey.
In addition the wine list includes a wide selection of the best local white and red wines including Tabarkin prepared from Carignano grapes from the Calasetta land, produced in vineyards on ungrafted vines.
On request the hotel can organise all types of events and receptions.
The bar is open 24 hours a day.
