Hotel Calamidoro, Calcinaia

Hotel Calamidoro is an old manor house dating back to the eighteenth century, surrounded by four recently renovated annexes. It has 70 rooms finely furnished with antique furniture, wrought iron and soft colours typical of the rustic and elegant Tuscan style.

Immersed in the greenery of the Pisan hills, the hotel is on the intersection between Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Part of a hotel complex, it has a private pool area, with a semi-Olympic and children's pool, a practice field for golf or archery, a restaurant and a shopping gallery with café, Wine Bar, Pharmacy and newspaper agent-tobacco shop.

The hotel has 66 rooms of various types:

- the Standard called "Classic" rooms, situated in the same building as the reception, are finely furnished in a rustic but elegant Tuscan style: antique furniture, decorated mirrors, wrought iron wall lamps and pastel colours.

These rooms are located in the first building that you encounter coming from our Centro Torretta White, where also the Restaurant Calandrino and the discotheque are to be found, open on weekend and on Tuesday.

- the Superior rooms, although decorated in the same style, all have original Tuscan terracotta flooring that recreates the warm atmosphere of old Tuscany. These rooms are situated in the Borgo respectively in the more residential part of the hotel, surrounded by green gardens, a golf pit and a small lake.

- The Junior Suites (Suites with galleries) are situated in the Borgo as well and have a living room on the ground floor. On the gallery there is space for two single beds or a double-bed. Some of these rooms have a cooking area, too.

- the Suite (Sweet Suite) is spacious and elegant and has a four-poster bed.

All of the rooms are equipped with services such as: air-conditioning, satellite and pay-per-view TV, a telephone, free WiFi connection, a mini-bar, bathroom accessories and complimentary toiletries.
