The Sine Tempore restaurant is situated within the hotel and is the perfect spot to enjoy a variety of traditional Sicilian cuisine.

Take the A18 Catania-Messina motorway and take the exit for Fiumefreddo di Sicilia; then take the S.S120 state road towards Randazzo.
4 km from Linguaglossa, at the junction, continue towards Castiglione di Sicilia on the S.P.7/I state road.
From Messina:
Take the A18 Messina-Catania motorway and take the exit for Giardini Naxos then take the S.S185 state road; at the junction 2 km from Francavilla di Sicilia, follow signs to Castiglione.
Once you reach Castiglione di Sicilia, follow the signs for "centro storico-Piazza Lauria".
By train
Take the "Ferrovia Circumetnea" (F.C.E.) line trains from Catania or Giarre.
By plane
