The Hotel Fontane Bianche is found in Cassabile on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in Sicily.

The guest rooms were recently renovated and include air conditioning, a refrigerator (empty, can be filled upon request), satellite colour television, a safety deposit box, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer; several guest rooms have a view of the sea (for an additional fee).
There are three double rooms that can have cradles added and a double room with the possibility of a third bed of a sofa bed.
Adjoining rooms are available upon request.
The hotel also has 3-star bungalows for two, three or four people; they are equipped with air conditioning, satellite colour television, an outdoor patio and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.
Guests staying in the bungalows can make use of all the entertainment services offered by the hotel.

The central restaurant is found in a dining room with air conditioning and a covered outdoor patio; it offers buffet service with show cooking at lunch and dinner.
The typical Sicilian restaurant is open in the evenings with a buffet of exquisite Sicilian flavours (with a reservation for no additional fee); at lunch, guests can sample grilled specialities from the restaurant accompanied by a buffet of appetizers and side dishes.
In the evening, a fish restaurant is available (outside of the hotel) with a delicious buffet of exquisite seafood (with a reservation for an additional fee of 15 euros for adults and 10 euros per child to be paid on site).
