Hotel La Pace, Drapia

Hotel La Pace is situated on a panoramic hillside with views over the sea and Tropea, in lovely green parkland filled with plants, flowers and vegetation.

The hotel has a central building where the hotel style accommodation is housed, an adjacent building houses the Aparthotel style accommodation (apartments with breakfast included) and a series of terraced units where some Aparthotel and some self catering accommodation is situated.

The excellent list of services on offer includes ample meeting / reception rooms, a pizzeria, a heated undercover swimming pool, 2 outdoor swimming pools, a conference suite with 4 meeting rooms, a ballroom (with an external space), 2 tennis courts, a 5 a side football pitch, a children's play area, a private beach (with a shuttle service) and a characteristic "theatre" for shows and events. The complex's excellent location offers guests the opportunity to admire the breathtaking view which stretches from the Gulf of Lamezia Terme as far as the magnificent Aeolian Islands.

For those staying in the self catering residence, the following charges must be paid for on site:

- Club Card per person per week - €35 from 05/06 to 17/07 and from 04/09 to 11/09 and €45 from 17/07 to 04/09 (children under the age of 3 are exempt);

- Weekly charge to pay on site €25 from 05/06 to 17/07 and from 04/09 to 11/09 and €35 from 17/07 to 04/09 (children under the age of 3 are exempt);

valid all throughout the year and includes water, electricity and gas.

- Final cleaning to be paid on site €60 per apartment from 05/06 to 11/09 (excludes kitchenette and cleaning of crockery and cutlery which must be washed by guests, if not, an extra charge of €50 will be deducted from the deposit);

- Cot hire, to be notified at time of booking €105 per week excluding linen, guests can bring their own cots for no extra charge;

- Compulsory deposit: €100 per apartment, will be paid back at the end of the stay following a detailed check on the state of the apartment;

- Linen available for hire for €7 per single, €15 per double - to be requested at the time of booking (towels and kitchen linen are not available);

- Small animals are welcome (must be accompanied by compulsory vaccine certificates) €105 per week - to be requested at time of booking.

For guests staying in the hotel, the fixed charges must be paid for on site:

- Club card €45 per person per week, €35 for children from 4-12 years old (children up to the age of 3 are excluded);

- Animals are not welcome;

- Air conditioning available for a supplement of €90 per week per room.

The complex has a central building where all the hotel rooms are situated, the adjacent building houses all the Aparthotel rooms (apartments with breakfast included) and in a series of terraced units including some of Aparthotel units and some Residence - self catering accommodation.

The hotel rooms feature a colour television, air conditioning (compulsory additional charge to be paid for on site), a minibar - charges apply and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.

The apartments are made up of a double room and a room with a double sofabed (for any extra bed requests, a bunkbed will be provided).

Some apartments feature a kitchenette.

Linen is changed twice a week whilst towels are changed every other day. Any personal changes requested by guests will be considered as extra requests.
