Take the Siena - Firenze highway and take the exit for Poggibonsi Nord. Follow signs for San Gimignano.

From Pisa:

Take the Strada di Grande Comunicazione: Firenza - Pisa - Livorno and take the exit for Empoli Ovest.

Continue along the SS429 state road towards Castelfiorentino - Certaldo. From Certaldo, follow the signs for San Gimignano.
