By car

Take the A8 Milano – Varese motorway to the Gallarate junction; turn right towards Varese, head towards Lake Maggiore, and then head towards Gavirate - Laveno (around 25km from the motorway exit).

Alternatively, at the Gallarate junction, turn left to the motorway, exit at Sesto Calende and head along the Superstrada Vergiate – Besozzo.

At the end of the expressway, take the SS629 state road towards Gemonio and at the traffic light, turn left towards Laveno.

By train

The Laveno Mombello railway station is the last stop on the Ferrovie Nord Milano railway line and is connected to the Ferrovie dello Stato on the Gallarate – Milano, Laveno – Novara, and Laveno – Luino – Bellinzona lines.

By plane
