Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole Roma – Firenze motorway to the Valdichiana – Bettolle exit. Head towards Siena along the Bettolle – Siena expressway and upon reaching Siena, take the expressway towards Firenze, getting off at the Poggibonsi exit. Continue towards San Gimignano.
