From Florence take the A1 motorway for Rome

From both directions, leave at Valdichiana and follow the signs for Perugia, taking the clearway for Perugia.

After about 12 km, take the second exit for Cortona (Cortona Montepulciano) and follow the signs for Montepulciano.

After about 6 km, turn left towards Petrignano and go past the town.

You will find the Relais on the left (the access road is marked by two large vases of flowers).
