Relais Falisco, Civita Castellana

The “La Scuderia” restaurant, located in the former stable of the palace, offers an excellent local cuisine that is varied and savoury as well as a large variety of Italian wines. It is not managed by the hotel but they work together in perfect harmony.

The Relais Falisco has three rooms, which are located on the first floor and at one time were the grain reserve barns of the palace that feature natural lighting and are equipped for holding meetings and conference events of all types.

By car

From the A1 motorway, exit at Magliano Sabina. After the tollbooth, turn right towards Civita Castellana and continue straight until the exit for Civita Castellana Centro, on the right. Continue along this street unit the exit for Civita Castellana Centro - Duomo dei Cosmati (second exit for the centre).

Arrive in the city on via Roma, continue straight, passing through the no thoroughfare (the bridge is prohibited only to trucks) until arriving to the piazza della Cattedrale. Turn right in order to cross the piazza at an angle and take the street, via Don Minzoni.

To enter the palace by car, take a left before the balcony with the flag.

From Rome

From the Grande Raccordo Anulare, exit at porta 5, in the direction of Cassia bis for Viterbo. Continue until the exit for Nepi - Civita Castellana, after having passed the Monterosi exit. Upon arriving to the city of Nepi, take a left towards Civita Castellana and successively take the exit for Civita Castellana Centro.

By train

From the Cotral railway station at piazza Flaminio (bus and underground B stops), take the train for Viterbo that stops at Civita Castellana after approximately 1 and a half hours of travel. Exit the station and from via della Repubblica, take a left. After the bridge, turn right and cross over Piazza Matteotti at an angle to take via Garibaldi, situated to the left of the municipal. Arrive in Piazza della Cattedrale, and continue straight to the street "via Don Minzoni." The hotel is located at approximately 600 metres from the station.

By air

From the "Leonardo da Vinci" international airport of Rome - Fiumicino, take the Grande Raccordo Anulare, in the motorway direction of Firenze. Exit at porta 5, in the direction of Cassia bis for Viterbo. Continue until the exit for Nepi - Civita Castellana, immediately after the Monterosi exit. Upon arriving to the city of Nepi, take a left towards Civita Castellana and successively take the exit for Civita Castellana Centro.

Alternatively, from the airport take the train for Orte (available every hour at a cost of approximately 6 € in 2nd Class and 9 € in First Class). Get off the train at the “Civita Castellana-Borghetto” station, located at approximately 5 km from the hotel. Take a taxi.
