Residence Acquaviva è situato a poche centinaia di metri da Castro Marina, in località Marina di Marittima, proprio di fronte all'insenatura dell’Acquaviva, così chiamata per le numerose polle di acqua fresca sorgiva che si incontrano con l’acqua salata del mare.

Complesso di recentissima costruzione, mette a disposizione dei clienti una piccola piscina attrezzata con lettini da mare, un ampio giardino, parcheggi non custoditi, servizio spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini, un anfiteatro all'aperto e un piccolo bazar.
