The Residence Corte Nova is located in a central, peaceful part of Venice in an elegant historical building that was completely restored at the end of 2005.
It is in a convenient position from which to reach the cultural and touristic places of interest such as Piazza San Marco (5 minutes away), or the “Biennale di Venezia”.
The Residence Corte Nova offers an excellent service in a refined welcoming ambience, thus guaranteeing its guests a pleasant and exclusive visit.
There are many craftsmen’s workshops where you can admire the traditional venetian arts near the hotel; people who enjoy sport and physical activity will take pleasure in the beautiful itineraries from along the Riva degli Schiavoni (in front of the lagoon) to the beautiful Sant'Elena gardens.

How to reach the hotel
By car
From the A4 or A27 motorway take the exit “Venezia” and follow the signs to Venezia. Cross Ponte della Libertà and park the car in one of the garages in Piazzale Roma.
From Piazzale Roma you catch the 82, 51 or 1 (slower) boats to San Zaccaria (before you board check that the boat stops here).
From San Zaccaria go towards Calla delle Rasse, turn right crossing the bridge, turn left and continue until you get to "Fondamenta dell' Osmarin". Cross the bridge at the end of the "Fondamenta " and continue until you come to “Fondamenta San Lorenzo". Cross another bridge on the right and continue until you come to "Calle del Lion". At the end of the Calle turn left passing the supermarket and cross the bridge on your right. The Residence is at n 2869/a.
By plane
From the Venice "Marco Polo" airport the "Alilaguna" goes directly to San Zaccaria; alternatively you can take a water taxi (which is quite expensive) directly to the Residence.
