Residence Felicioni is open all year round, situated on the Roseto degli Abruzzi sea front, conveniently located for those looking to spend pleasant, relaxing holidays in the sun, by the sea and to make the most of all the Adriatic coast has to offer.

Guests have access to a large lobby, a well stocked bar and a self service restaurant, a swimming pool with a hydromassage tub, a convenient secure car park and bike sharing.

Small pets are welcome, guests must inform the hotel prior to arrival.

To use the sports and entertainment services, guests must purchase an obligatory weekly Club Card which mandatory for all guests from the age of 3 years old and above, the price includes use of the baby club, swimming lessons, tournaments, gymnastics, dancing, beach, evening and poolside entertainment and the beach service.

The apartments have been tastefully decorated and feature a well equipped kitchenette, a lounge with a double sofabed, a double bed with an extra bunkbed, an en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, a large balcony with a sea view (some have a direct view, others have a side view), autonomous air conditioning / heating, a colour television and a telephone.

A fifth bed can be added (on request).
