The Residence Il Castagno Toscana is found in Madonna Di Furinaia on the edge of the metalliferous hills that extend to the sea and surround the Maremma area.

The building is an old Tuscan country house surrounded by a historic chestnut grove. It has been renovated and divided into eight apartments, four on the ground floor, three on the first floor and a mansard on the second floor.

The hotel has extensive private parking, a large park with a swimming pool and massage jets, a shuttle service for a fee, baby sitting service for a fee and a ping pong table.
