Residence Libetta, Rome

Residence Libetta is a new structure, located in the Ostiense district in Rome, renown for its university and exclusive pubs and restaurants.

The 19 apartments offer the guests home comforts at competitive prices and are located in an elegant complex which opens onto an internal courtyard with a Restaurant.

The Residence was planned and built with modern comforts and excellent services in mind, and is only a short distance from the “Basilica San Paolo fuori le mura” and the Cestia Pyramid. It is also well connected to the centre of the city where there are famed artistic and cultural attractions.

The Residence has 19 apartments of varying types, all of which are modern and functional:

- A Loft on 2 floors, where up to 6 people can stay. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bed, a double divan bed and a bathroom.

There is a mezzanine floor with a double bed, a small lounge and a second bathroom.

An extra bed can be added.

- A two-roomed apartment on 2 floors where up to 4 people can stay, with 2 double bedrooms, a private bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room.

- A one-roomed flat for up to 4 people, with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a separate area for sleeping with a double bed and a wardrobe.
