The Residenza Segrate Centro is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday for business or leisure on the edge of Milan.
Elegant and modern, it includes 11 apartments equipped with every comfort in an elegant six storey building.
The units reflect the needs of dynamic clientèle that appreciates autonomy and privacy, even when far from home.
The facilities include comfortable one-room apartments (Junior Suite), elegant two-room apartments (Suites) and exclusive three-room apartments; the apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette, a video intercom, a safety deposit box, climate control and WiFi internet access.
Reserved indoor parking is available for guests.
Monthly or long-term stays can be accommodated.
Guests should note that reservations must be for a minimum of three nights.

The Residenza Segrate Centro offers 11 elegant apartments, include one-, two- and three-room apartments.
Luminous and welcoming, the apartments include a flat-screen television with digital cable, WiFi internet access, air conditioning during the summer months, heating during the winter, a safety deposit box, a video intercom, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave oven, a double bed or two single beds and a spacious en suite bathroom.
The one-room apartments (Junior Suites) vary in size from 30 to 45 square metres.
The two-room apartments (Suites) vary in size from 48 to 57 square metres and also include a comfortable sofa bed for two; they are suitable for three to four guests.
Some of the apartments also include a dishwasher, a washing machine, a freezer and a spacious terrace.
