General Description
Valle di Mare resort takes its name from th area of the the district of Fontane Bianche, a few kilometers from Siracusa and Noto where it is located. Many artistic, historical and archaeological sites included in the Unesco World Heritage List are present in this area.
The nature oasis of Vendicari and the marine park of Plemmirio are also located nearby the hotel.
To take advantage of its excellent location, many one-day excursions are organized leaving from the hotel to admire the beauty of the entire area.
The Valle di Mare Resort does not have an entertainment service, in order to allow guests to experience a holiday of complete freedom, away from the frantic rhythm of daily life.

Restaurant and bar
The restaurant is beside the pool, with a view over the park.
Particular care and attention is given to the preparation of dishes, composed solely of traditional local and regional cuisine, prepared using the oil of olive trees growing in the resort and all accompanied by a rich selection of Sicilian wines.
The evening continues at the Cocktail Bar with music beside the pool or at the ‘La Terrazza’ ice creamery.
The restaurant is also one of the ‘informed restaurants’ of the Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Celiac Italian Association).
