General Description

The Villa Amico Bed & Breakfast is an elegant structure located in San Leone in the Lido of Agrigento, a mere 800 metres from the sea and a close distance from the splendid Valley of the Temples. The historic centre of Agrigento is located just 10 minutes from the B&B, which is 200 m from Villa Amico and also close to a public transit stop.

Built in 1985 and completely restored in 2002, the hotel has all comforts and quality services to satisfy any type of requirement that guests may have.

Air conditioned rooms, private car park, complimentary use of bicycles and a shuttle service are all available for guest use.

Friendly staff are pleased to organise boat trips, horseback riding trips and bicycle trips, as well as a wide range of other excursions.

By car

From Catania:

Take the Stradale Passo Cavaliere road in the direction of Asse di Spina Est-Ovest for 3.67 km.

Continue along Asse di Spina Est-Ovest for 3.18 km and merge onto the Tangenziale di Catania and continue for 2.26 km. Exit the Tangenziale di Catania and merge onto the A19 motorway, ramp Tangenziale/2 Tangenziale/E932/A19-E45 in the direction of Palermo. Continue for 88.88 km. Exit the A19 motorway at Caltanissetta Imera, continuing in the direction of Agrigento/Caltanissetta and merge onto the SS640. Continue for 65.71 km, exit the SS640 and take a right on the State Road Scorrimento Veloce "Orientale Sicula (SS115)." Continue for 203 metres, exit the SS115 and take a right on Via Cavaleri Magazzeni (SP71). Continue for 890 metres and upon arriving in Agrigento (San Leone), continue on Via Cavaleri Magazzeni for 519 metres. Take a right on Viale dei Giardini and continue for 1.24 km. Take a left on Via delle Viole, and successively the second street on the left, Via degli Ippocastani. The structure is located on the successive street on the right at the address Via delle Azalee 6.

By train or bus

From the railway Station of Agrigento, bus service no. 2 which departs every 30 minutes is available. The urban bus 2, in approximately 10 minutes passes the Valley of the Temples and then arrives in San Leone. Continue by foot on Via delle Viole until arriving at Via degli Ippocastani, and take the first street on the right, Via delle Azalee.

By air

The airport of reference is represented by the international airport of Catania - Fontanarossa.
