Villa Matarazzo is located in Gradara, on the Adriatic Riviera, surrounded by 30,000 sq. m. of splendid age-old parkland.
The accommodation, that overlooks the castle of Paolo and Francesca in Gradara from a typical hill of the Marches, consists of three buildings – Casa Padronale, Casa Farneto and Casetta Rossa – all connected with each other by internal paths paved with Luserna stone.
The surroundings are refined and welcoming and guests can enjoy comfortable rooms and large areas dedicated to relaxation, from the splendid outdoor pool with a sea view and free use of towels, umbrellas and sunbeds, to the modern "Tecnogym" fitness room set up in the old lemon-house.
The fully renovated complex also has a restaurant and a conference centre, meeting the needs of both tourists and business guests.
