A14 Adriatica Motorway, San Benedetto del Tronto - Ascoli Piceno exit. Go towards Ascoli Piceno and after approximately 15 km take the Castel di Lama exit. Follow the indications to Castel di Lama then enter the Strada Salaria heading towards Ascoli Piceno. The villa is on your right, after approximately 3 km, at the end of a tree-lined drive.
