Si tratta di un appartamento con diverse stanze riconvertite a camere indipendenti. La qualità generale dell'arredo e della struttura è mediocre e arrangiato alla meglio. Il bagno è rumoroso, e una volta usata la doccia questo verrà allagato irrimediabilmente.
La colazione era eccellente e la posizione ottima.
