Emplacement idéal permettant de faire plusieurs pauses dans la journée entre les visites, chambre très jolie et spacieuse et salle de bain impeccable, la nôtre donnait sur la cour donc n'avait pas la belle vue mais en contrepartie était calme. Accueil adorable par Leonardo et Giuliana, qui nous ont donné plusieurs conseils sur où aller, où manger, etc. Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre, qui a été de plus en plus copieux au fil des jours! TV, wi-fi... bref, rien à redire, on a été très satisfaits après avoir été plutôt effrayés de lire d'horribles commentaires en parcourant les sites de promos sur les hotels!

Exelente en todo!! La locación es perfecta! Cerca de la estación de trenes al llegar y cerca de todas las atracciones que no se pueden perder de Florencia!!! Las habitaciones son tal cual las muestran en la web, y Giuliana y su marido son amorosos y muy predispuestos a satisfacer cualquier necesidad o requerimiento. Simplemente perfecto. Exelente el desayuno también, y las intalaciones de la cocina por si la necesitas... Wifi gratis de verdad!!!

J'ai choisi cet hotel pour le WIFI mais il n'y avait pas de WIFI ! heureusement une connexion réseau était possible mais pas dans la chambre
pas de mini-bar en état de marche
pas de carte de crédit comme indiqué dans votre site
la chambre qui donne sur la place est bruyante mais la vue est tellement belle !

Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste en quantité : une boisson et un croissant.
Sinon pour le reste, le patron est très sympathique et l'hotel idéalement placé.
