Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, le confort est insuffisant, serait plutôt à classer en 2 étoiles. Dans l'une des chambres, la douche est dans la chambre...
La réceptionniste n'était pas présente à l'arrivée et nous avons attendu environ 45 minutes sur le seuil de la porte. La salle de petit déjeuner se limite à un contour de villa en terrasse où il est difficile de déjeuner à 4 personnes autour d'une table.
Les chambres étaient propres mais, du fait de leur ancienneté, ne donnaient pas l'effet attendu. Il ne peut s'agir que d'une soirée étape car un séjour dans cet hôtel ne serait pas agréable. Si nous devions revenir à Lucca, nous chercherions un autre hébergement. Point positif, il est bien situé. Nous avons ensuite séjourné près de Florence, avec Initalia et c'était sans comparaison (meilleures prestations). Nous ne recommanderons pas cet hötel à des amis.
