À déconseiller absolument: aucun accueil, pas de réception(obligation d'avoir un téléphone portable!), chambre de 2 mètres sur 3 avec une chaise pliante et une table pliante cassée, accès à l'armoire impossible(support TV empêche l'ouverture), cafetteria pour le petit déjeuner à 100 mètres sans chaise et avec droit à un seul expresso et un gateau(!), et surtout, la nuit, l'impression d'être au milieu du rond-point et en même sur le quai de la gare, car aucune isolation phonique!

Pas de reception a l'hotel. Il faut telephoner pour se faire ouvrir la porte. La cabine telephonique pres de l'hotel ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a complique notre arrivee.

Ok nice and clean rooms. However, no reception and breakfast at a nearby bar. Had to call the hotel when checking in to have someone come over and open for us. Otherwise practical and close to the train station, short ride to the Cinque Terre. Clean and decent price/performance.

It was hard to find our things because cleaner moved them and for example took away water etc.

Hôtel très difficile à trouver. Même les taxis ne connaissent pas le nom de l'hôtel.

Pas de restauration sur place.

Personne à l'accueil.

C'est l'hôtel d'en face qui a téléphoné pour que quelqu'un vienne s'occuper de moi.

I chose the hotel because of it's close location to the railway station.

When my friend and I arrived however, we were met by a woman who told us that our room had some maintenance problems and they could not get anyone to fix it (it was a Sunday).

We were moved to a very nice hotel across the town and were offered a ride back to the station the next day.

However, part of why we had chosen the hotel, also, was so that we could drop our belongings off in La Spezia mid-afternoon and then head back into the Cinque Terre for dinner.

This could not happen when we were moved and no apologies were offered at all.
