We stayed penthouses with a bathtub , tasteful &very widely,but slightly gloomy for japanese, I think. Located in the old food market street, and there is vigor．

Above all , our stay was comfortable by the service of a smiling hotel employee

.It was a hotel with the hospitality ＆ kindness. I recommend it.

L'albergo è praticamente irraggiungibile con la macchina. Ho trovato parcheggio a quasi più di un km dall'albergo. Ho prenotato tramite internet, con uno sconto, a prezzo pieno sarebbe costato il doppio. Ma stiamo scherzando! L'albergo secondo me vale max 2 stelle! Unico punto a favore è che si trova nel centro storico.

Hotel liegt mitten im Herzen von Bologna, besser geht es nicht !! Wirklich weiter zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Bonne insonorisation des chambres par rapport à la situation de l'hôtel en plein centre animé de la ville! Double vitrage efficace et situation idéale! Petit déjeuner ... bof!!

The only thing this hotel had going for it was location and price. One has to be be flexible when viewing the concept of "clean". It is an antique property in a great location. We ladies (3) had to struggle with suites up 2 flights of stairs to reach the front desk. The front desk clerk Leonardo never offered assistance and watched two 75 year old struggle with luggage up the stairs to check - in. Rude. We would have tipped him generously too! On the flip side younger Roberto helped us checking out and took our luggage down the stairs! He also called us a taxi to the train station. Very nice! The location of hotel was perfect. Around the charming markets, as described in the pr. The bathrooms were updated and clean with good showers. I wouldn't touch the phone or remote: 3 inches of dust! Yuck! (or bed covers). We kind of got what we paid for. Location. Don't expect anymore. The morning maid in the "breakfast room" was sweet! Brought me cappuccino immediately! (don't bother with breakfast. Not worth it). This is the second time I visit the hotel and value for money is the best description. I just love the location and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

The man on reception was absolutely brilliant. He was the most helpful and friendly person we encountered on our trip throughout Italy.

La pulizia della camera e delle lenzuola era ai limiti dell'igiene.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it has air-conditioning. However, the air-conditioning did not cool the room at all. We moved to another room, where the air-conditioning was still not very good but just about adequate. Leaving the windows open was not a suitable alternative, as there was a great deal of noise outside until very late at night. Only one member of staff seemed at all sympathetic about the problem.

We were also disappointed to find that the only way to reach the reception area from the street was to climb the stairs, and no one offered to help us with our luggage.

Otherwise, the hotel was very good and would perhaps suit visitors who do not need the air conditioning.

Petit hôtel très mignon, les chambres sont toutefois un peu petites et sans vue. Cependant l'emplacement de l'hôtel rattrape tous ces petits détails: en plein coeur de la Bologne médiévale, dans une rue de petits commerces très typiques.

Nous avons adoré notre week end!
