Wir waren sehr zufrieden auch mit der Buchung über ihre Seite auf die ich dur Zufall aufmerksam wurde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super ebenso das Hotel und der freundliche Service der nicht immer typisch für Italien ist. Hôtel remarquablement situé pour un bref séjour , calme , chambre très propre . Manque de linge de toilette (les serviettes sont très fines) et un peu de savon et un verre à dent seraient parfaits .
Beaucoup de gentillesse et de service à l'accueil (tel aux musées pour réservation, cela aide quand vous ne parlez pas italien) . Un service internet qui peut être utile . Et à noter un service de garde de véhicules dans un garage en liaison avec l'hotel , ce qui évite la galère de chercher un parking , même si la prestation est chère , c'est de toute façon la règle à Florence .
