Bonne chambre avec climatisation. Bonne coordination avec le restaurant.
Changement impromptu de chambre, réfrigérateur de chambre ne fonctionne pas.
Check in/out moins rapide qu'annoncé.
Mauvaise surprise au petit déjeuner (compris dans la prix de la nuitée): les corbeilles sont vides et ne sont pas réapprovisionnées.
En résumé, un peu juste pour un vrai 3 étoiles, serait un bon 2 étoiles.

Our only wish was to have some staff who spoke either French or English as we don't speak Italian but we would never hold that against a hotel which, let's face it, is in Italy! The hotel was a delightful surprise. We were there the one night the restaurant was closed but the delightful woman at the front desk who'd checked us in referred us via sign language to a pizzeria in town. It was lashing rain so we didn't view the surroundings, just went to the restaurant.
We would definitely return.
