Non ho gradito le merendine confezionate per la colazione, avrei preferito un cornetto fresco e una fetta di torta anche fatta in casa, che sicuramente non comportano costi elevati.

We had a lovely stay and the breakfast was great..also a fabulous location, decor, fun and interesting. Would certainly recommend it.

Le jour de l'arrivé, lorsque l'on trouve une personne à l'accueil tout va bien. Mais si l'on arrive en retard tout peut ce compliquer. Car j'ai du ouvrir la porte à une Australienne, et une autre fois à des Brésiliens.

Die Unterkunft ist als "Bed&Breakfast" ideal für einen Besuch in Lucca. Natürlich fehlt in einem alten, sehr schön renovierten Palazzo ein Aufzug und man muss evtl. sein Gepäck 2 Treppen hoch tragen. Aber was Lage und Sauberkeit angeht: kann man diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

There was an 'odour' in the entrance area to the 'hotel'.
The toilet system is noisy and there is an 'odour'.
But, overall, a good palve to stay.

Ribadisco che il nostro soggiorno a Lucca nella Vostra struttura è stato gradevolissimo, al punto che sembrava di essere ancora a casa nostra. Non è mai mancato il comfort. I Vostri ambienti, perfettamente integrati alla bellezza del posto, hanno determinato il desiderio di tornare a visitare la bella Lucca, Città ricca di preziosi reperti artistici. Non aggiungo altro se non i ringraziamenti per avermi offerto questa bella opportunità.

Come ho già avuto modo di scrivere sul vostro quaderno, il mio soggiorno a Lucca è stato molto confortevole: la struttura è bellissima, tranquilla e centralissima. Qualche cosa di meglio si può studiare per facilitarne il raggiungimento: Lucca infatti è quasi un labirinto. Se tornerò a visitare questa Città, sicuramente mi servirò della Vostra organizzazione, semplice ed efficiente.
