Sicuramente nel complesso è stato tutto di nostro gradimento soprattutto il personale, sempre presente e attento.
L'unica cosa negativa per noi è stato il rumore delle auto: era assordante, le finestre davano sulla strada principale, quindi siamo sempre stati con i vetri chiusi, noi viviamo in posti poco rumorosi, con poco traffico ed è stata un pò dura per le nostre orecchie. Però abbiamo risolto tenendo chiusi i vetri e sicuramente se ricapiterà di dover venire nel vostro albergo chiederemo che le finestre non si affaccino sulla strada principale. Crediamo tutto sia risolvibile.

E' singolare che, arrivando dopo cena, in un albergo a 4 stelle si trovi la porta chiusa e si venga accolti, dopo lunga attesa al citofono, da un signore non meglio qualificatosi che consegna la chiave della porta principale e della camera, ritira il documento del cliente e sparisce per sempre, abbandonando il cliente ad una desolante solitudine e incertezza sulla possibilità di contattare qualcuno (e come? E dove?) di notte in caso di necessità. Salvo poi scoprire al mattino da una voce diversa al citofono che tutti i servizi (reception e colazione compresi), si trovano nell'albergo a tre stelle contiguo e collegato al primo da corridoi e cortile.

Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See wurde nur widerwillig und auf nachdrückliches Nachfragen gezeigt. Leider keine Stühle dort, man kann sich dort nicht aufhalten.
Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.
