Problemi sempre alla reception. Personale distratto e superficiale.
La reception aveva registrato male la mia prenotazione (una notte anziché due) concedendomi la correzione come se facessero un favore. La volta precedente pur prenotando una matrimoniale sono entrato in una camera singola. Neanche negli hotel a 2 stelle non capitano queste cose.

Man konnte die Wellness-Anlage nicht benutzen, wäre da nicht ein sehr netter Herr vom Betriebspersonal gewesen, hätte ich nicht einmal nur schwimmen gehen können. An der Rezeption ein sehr unfreundlicher jüngerer Mann.
