One of the worst hotels I've been, if not the worst hotel I've been in my life. I'm a hotel business management student and I've found the worst errors of our business in this hotel.

Starting in the reception that was terrible, the night receptionist received us like we're the worst clients of that hotel. I forgot to do the reservation for the second and third night and that was a miracle because I almost couldn't sleep there the first night. starting in the cortines of the window they're disgusting and cutted....

The bathroom was not very clean and I almost fell out in the bath tub, I've a problem in a foot so I need the crutches to move. When I enter the bathtub I closed the doors and both doors fell out on me. I've photos of this unacceptable situation.

The breakfast was from 7:30 - 9:30, I think it's a short period of time just 2 hours, but that's an option of the hotel.

I felt this hotel is used to short overnight period.

I invite the director of this hotel to sleep one night in his on hotel and to suffer like we did.

I've found a very nice hotel, for just 5€ more in the heart of the city, with nice workers, also an old fashioned hotel, but very clean and nice... there's no reason for seeling that bad product.

Un point très bien à souligner: le prêt de velos.

Riscaldamento mattutino assente, pure l'acqua calda.

Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è ottima (10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale) e la zona e' molto tranquilla. Il pernottamento in questo hotel a ha contribuito a rendere perfetto il week-end. Assolutamente consigliato.
