Leider sehr laut weil an der straße gelegen

This was the absolutely worst bed & breakfast I have ever stayed in, in my entire life. The staff were rude, unfriendly and discourteous. The room was extremely basic, bed and pillow was uncomfortable, had back pain and headache every day. One particular staff member was really rude to me, so much that I was afraid to ask her any questions. On one particular morning, when I went into the breakfast room, I was totally ignored at breakfast, which was limited, and when I waited for a while and asked for some breakfast, I was told by a staff member to 'chill out' and ignored again. It was uncomfortable experience. Another guest at the table, noticing my treatment, offered me portion of their own breakfast. I was so upset, that it ruined my entire stay in Italy, which was my first time of visiting the country. Also, I did ask on several occasions to speak with the Manager - Laura, but was told that she was not available. My whole experience was a nightmare.

Chambres propres mais trop "spartiates", pas de table pour écrire, pas de chaise pour s’asseoir, rien dans la salle de bain pour y déposer les trousses de toilettes. La chambre nous a coûté 90 € par nuit. Le parking est gratuit mais n'est pas privé, vous n'êtes pas certain d'avoir une place, en ce qui nous concerne nous n'avons pas eu de problème mais il faut le savoir. Nous tenons à saluer la gentillesse du personnel de ce b&b.

Il y a deux points négatifs à noter :

- le personnel ne parle ni l'Anglais, ni le Français.

- nous avons été obligé de trouver nous même un parking fermé pour notre voiture. Aucune information n'a été donnée.

Lo consiglio al turista in visita alla città per pochi giorni, per la comodità dei collegamenti, la gentilezza della propietaria, la camera pulita e nuova, poca la colazione, ma è un ottimo prezzo per tutto quello che offre.

Ringrazio di vero cuore la signora Antonella, la splendida Loredana e la gentilissima e professionale Laura. Mi sono davvero trovato bene, dalla struttura al suo personale e i suoi servizi alla sua collocazione, a due passi da piazza San Pietro, per non parlare dell'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! ...ho già provveduto a spargere la voce...un saluto a voi tutti da Taranto da me Angelo e dal mio amico Giovanni 1 arrivederci e a presto!!

Mancanza di climatizzatore a finestre aperte, la mattina non si riesce a dormire per il traffico e i troppi rumori della città.

L'ensemble est très bien et fonctionnel, l'amélioration de l'isolation phonique des portes intérieures entre chambres et couloir serait un plus qui donnerait à l'ensemble une excellente qualité.

Per le 2 camere prenotate una delle due aveva un bagno un po' sacrificato, l'altra la camera un po' angusta, per il resto tutto ok: dotazioni, pulizia, colazione, cortesia sia del personale che della Signora Laura stessa; lo consiglierò e ci tornerò, se sarà disponibile, tornando a Roma.

Ottima sistemazione e ben collegata: fermata bus di fronte al b&b che ti porta direttamente in centro, fermata metro vicina ma il bus è sicuramente più comodo anche nelle ore notturne. Vicinissimo al Vaticano, ideale per chi vuole andare a visitare i Musei Vaticani soprattutto l' ultima domenica di ogni mese perchè sono gratuiti.

Il b&b è pulito ed accogliente e Laura dà tutte le giuste informazioni sulla città. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole soggiornare a Roma anche perche è non è un classico b&b ma sembra un piccolo alberghetto.
