Verständigung in Deutsch nicht möglich. Hätte mindestens erwartet, dass man in einem Hotel jemanden beschäftigt, der der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist.

Mancavano gli asciugamani ed i saponi in bagno.
Scortesia e scarsa professionalità del portiere al momento del pagamento (06.30) .
Ho richiesto la fattura dando contestualmente gli estremi della fattura. Mi è stato detto (in maniera scortese) che dovevo richiedere a voce la fattura perchè l'interessato non era tenuto a guardare quanto posto sul banco dal cliente.
Incredibile e senza parole il modo in cui è stato commentato il tutto.
