According to the Terms of Cancellation, "No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel". However my credit card had been charged on the day of booking. Anyway, Hotel Palazzo Segreti responded to the problem very efficiently (they gave me a refund immediately after my inquiry).

Condition et services de l’hôtel: pas utilisés, mais sans doute remplissant toutes les conditions à un très bien. Restaurant et bar: pas utilisés, mais le bar propose un excellent choix de vin à déguster et le buffet petit-déjeuner était très bon, encore un bien qui vaut un très bien.
Rapport qualité/prix: très bon car hôtel peu commun et d'un goût esthétique très fin et contemporain, vraiment une petite perle, pas non plus à la portée de tout le monde, un prix qui se justifie, espérons que ça ne devienne pas un hôtel familial. (excellent pour jeunes couples et business).
