The refrigerater did not work---only stayed 2 days---so reported it at check out
- i also requested an iron for a shirt and had to go to the laundry room of the hotel---the laundry staff was not available---so i had to iron my shirt in this detached work room
---not sure if this is what everyone experience when they needed an item pressed?
over all ---i was very happy and to date this was the Best ---Best Western
